One of the highlights of being a founder is the feeling you get the moment when someone out there in the market says yes to purchasing your shiny new product.That sweet moment is the ultimate validation of your decision to go it alone. But what happens when after all the hard work and all he late nights a customer says no ? Worse still they trial your product and then resist all attempts at contact.
